Aaron KahlowAtlanta has been the biggest audience yet. With nearly 300 attendees, the rooms are packed, the energy high and the content strong.   We have seen some great presentations from guys like Olivier Chaine, CEO of Magnify360, on Behavioral Targeting that really dive deep into what it is we need to do and why.  I got my ah ha moment in hearing Olivier say “we don’t need to spend $500k on our website; we need to spend $500k on continuous improvements of our website.”   The point taken is that the website and online marketing initiatives we embark on are not one time projects, rather continual improvement programs that need constant support and analysis.  Really like that approach b/c so much is changing in Online, that it is almost a prerequisite to re-evaluate every few months as opposed to the old budget/plan once a year and execute.  The world has changed and so should our planning process… 30 minutes away from serving drinks on the the keynote panel, so going to run… next stop Denver!  btw, pictures are up from previous OMS!
