Dialogue is what personal communication is called when it’s two way. Too often, online marketing and email marketing in particular, seem like a one-way street. Email campaigns often look like they were built to hit internal numbers, appease a VP or be sent for the sake of sending to a list.
This new blog should be a great place to share ideas and build better dialogues between marketers, which in turn, should result in better communications between us marketers and our audiences. I am honored to participate and I hope to chime in on thoughts related to email marketing and how to ensure your email program doesn’t gut stuck in the gutter, just batching and blasting.
